AHI Parachutist!
Wow, where to begin with this? Well, I suppose if you're really up on your Superman lore, you could consider this the "Shrunken Superman parachuting into the Bottle City of Kandor" toy...
...but there's no explaining those red gloves or the serrated cape, except that they were obviously reusing some stuff from their Batman parachutist!
