Aurora Superboy Model and AHI Parachuter!

I love this Aurora model featuring Superboy and Krypto! It's not too often that Krypto made an appearance in licensed stuff (I think in the 1960s, it was this and the Captain Action Superboy costume and the Super Queens Supergirl doll, and that's it). This same kit was reissued in the 1970s as part of the "Comic Scenes" series, but not since, so far as I know.

Yes, amongst those parachuting figures is a Superman one. And lots of other characters that have no business using a parachute at all! AHI (Azrak-Hamway International) was the manufacturer of these and many other rack toys, but very few of them were Superman items (they did mostly Batman, Spider-Man, Star Trek, Hulk, and Planet of the Apes, but they licensed other stuff, too).

The Superboy kit is now being sold at CultTVman's site. It's being produced by Morbius(sp?) and while I haven't assembled it yet, I like the looks of the kit and packaging.
